RMB Holland is having years of experience in developing products together with or for customers. All the steps, from the initial idea to the realization are done in-house.
Design
RMB Holland can make a design based on the ideas of a customer, or work as a member of a design team. Nearly all disciplines needed to design a product are available in-house. For the disciplines that are not in-house, like industrial design, we work together with specialized companies (Dutch designers)
Prototyping
RMB Holland can arrange working prototypes for preliminary approbation or not working prototypes of the design that was made, so customers can get an idea of the look and feel of the product before deciding to launch production.
Tooling design
RMB Holland is not designing tools, but is working closely with several tool makers for rubber, plastic or metal tooling. RMB Holland can help customers with the evaluation of the design of the tools. RMB Holland also offers to do a final acceptance of the tooling and an evaluation of the parts made.
Engineering build
RMB Holland is offering engineering builds of the freshly off-tooled product for products to be produced in our factory. If the product is for a different factory evaluation of the engineering build process and the resulting products can be done at location.
Assembly line design
RMB Holland is offering a detailed assembly plan including work instructions for products to be produced in its factory. If the product is for a different factory evaluation of the assembly plan and work instructions can be done at location.
Testing specifications
A very important part in the process is the testing of the product before, during and after assembly. RMB Holland is offering a detailed testing plan including design and requirements for test equipment needed for products to be produced in its factory. If the product is for a different factory evaluation of the testing plan and test equipment can be done.
